About the campaign

-To commemorate the announcement of the four additional characters in TEKKEN 8 Season 2, we will be holding the ‘『TEKKEN 8』 TEKKEN FANDOM Campaign Season 2’.

Selected submissions will be used within TEKKEN 8 as part of in-game content, including but not limited to character panels and the GALLERY.

※When we introduce your work, we may include your account name used for submission.

・Follow “@TEKKEN_Project” or “@TEKKEN”, the official X (former Twitter, same below) of “Tekken 8”.

・Submit your work with the hashtag “#TEKKEN8Art” during the campaign period.

 

Terms and Conditions

▼Campaign Overview
The  ‘『TEKKEN 8』 TEKKEN FANDOM Campaign Season 2’ (“Campaign”) is operated by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (“Company”) and is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country or territory as of the start date of the Campaign. THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

▼Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on August 3, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025 (the “Campaign Period”).

▼How to Enter
During the Campaign Period, follow the official “TEKKEN8” X account (“@TEKKEN_Project” or “@TEKKEN”) and post an illustration with the hashtag “#TEKKEN8Art” to complete your entry.

Only entries that adhere to the submission requirements will be accepted.

▼Submission Requirements
・We are accepting illustration submissions featuring the following four characters:

Anna, Fahkumram, Armor King, and Mialy Zo.

・Submission Requirements:

– Image Size:

Minimum 4,320 px × 5,760 px (recommended aspect ratio: 3:4, vertical format)

-Character Costumes:

Characters must be depicted in their preset outfits as featured in TEKKEN 8.

-Color Mode:

RGB

-Layer Structure:

The background and character must be on separate layers.

-Prohibition of AI Use:

Images creating using generative AI technologies are prohibited.

-Submission Notes:

While submissions posted to X may be in any size or layer format, if your work is selected, you will be required to provide a Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop Document file that meet the above specifications.

・Only entries made by individuals will be accepted (no group or corporate entries)

▼Selection and Notification
If your submission is selected, we will contact you via DM (direct message) to the X account you used when submitting your entry. Ownership of selected entries stay with you. However, The inclusion of selected entries in the game are subject to a separate agreement granting Company a royalty-free license to use the entry.

・We may ask you to make some modifications to the work prior to implementation.

・We reserve the right to adapt, alter, or remove portions of the content of the selected work before it is implemented in the game.

・If you have set your X account as private or you unfollow the official “TEKKEN 8” X account during the Campaign Period, your entries will be void.

・Company may, in its sole discretion, remove any entry it determines:

• Includes elements that violate any intellectual property rights or any other rights of a third party;
• May offend public order and morals violate the rights of any party, or that the Company otherwise determines is inappropriate;
• Relies on the use of generative AI during its creation; or
• Violate these rules or are not otherwise suitable for publication.

▼License to Submissions
By entering this Campaign, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the extent permitted by applicable local law, to Company an irrevocable sublicensable, transferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license for the whole duration of the applicable legal protection of intellectual rights to represent, reproduce and adapt on all digital formats, distribute, publicly display and perform (including by means of a digital audio transmission), and otherwise use the entry and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such entry, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Any information provided by you will only be used for administration of the Campaign and in accordance with Company’s privacy policy located at http://legal.bandainamcoent.co.jp/privacy.
